Pibes is what you call your mates back home. That's the whole idea: a shop run by Argentines, for anyone who misses the old barbershop on their corner.
Los Pibes is a small Argentinian barbershop on NW Boca Raton Blvd. We opened it with one rule: a haircut takes as long as it takes. The mate comes out before the cape, the conversation is part of the service, and nobody is pushed out of the chair.
Every visit ends the way it does in the shops back home — hot towel, straight razor on the neck and the mirror turned back to you before you say a word.
Fresh cuts, mate and good conversation. Just like back home.
